As a creative business owner, sometimes you just need to do something fun and stress-free- and this was that shoot for me! I wanted to photograph some more bridals for an upcoming project that I’ll be working on during my slow season in the winter so I teamed up with a few of my favorite vendors to pull it off!
I first talked to my FAVVEEE florist- Courtney at Posies Floral Design. As always she does an amazing job- you can read more about her here.
I then teamed up with my favorite bridal shop in the area- Margene’s Bridal. They have such an amazing selection of bridal gowns and accessories! Go view their website here.
I also contacted my friend Sydney French and asked her and her hubby to be our models.
Back in May, I held a styled shoot with a total of 8 vendors and it was MOUNTAINS of work and fun. The shoot was published- which also took lots of time! See that shoot here. Mid to end of summer and fall are my busiest times so I knew I needed to keep this one a bit more low key.
When I started planning this- I decided to give Courtney (the florist!) the ability to do whatever she wanted- since we were keeping it simple we could have that freedom to do so. She did not disappoint- the flowers were STUNNING.
Choosing a dress was also a breeze- I took my model over to their adorable shop and they helped us select the perfect gown, veil, and belt.
