Lately, I’ve been reflecting a lot on my blessings. This career has always been so close to my heart. I get to witness very special moments in people’s lives and capture those seconds in time to be looked back on forever. The world has been very tumultuous lately- it’s been hard politically, medically, and emotionally for a lot of people.

One thing it has made me realize is the power of family. A lot of strength comes from being surrounded by those you love- but that doesn’t make everything easy. I know there are people out there having a difficult time, so I wanted to spread a little mid-year cheer, because 2020 has been a doozy for most. I’m giving away a 1 hour session to someone in need.

Here’s how it works! You cannot nominate yourself. You can nominate a family/friend/co-worker/neighbor…do you know a family going through hard times? Maybe a single mother who works really hard to support her kids? A single dad, winging it on his own? Someone with an illness, or cancer or just someone that YOU think is deserving of a photo session?

I don’t want to embarrass anyone or make anyone feel like they can’t afford a session, but I do know that everyone deserves beautiful images of themselves or their families. So when nominating someone – please make sure that this is something they would be blessed to have <3

Submissions will begin right away and end August 15th.  The winner will be selected by a panel of judges {some of my professional friends and family} and announced on or before August 20th.

One deserving family will receive a FREE one hour photo session with digital images on a gallery (digital download) with a photo print release.  Winner must be able to travel to the Boise Idaho area for the session. I’m looking forward to hearing your stories of amazing families and people!
