Yes- I finally got in front of the camera and had my own family photos taken. My sweet friend, Shawnee was kind enough to take them! We worked together at Bella Baby Photography until she moved to Las Vegas with her husband. They came to visit here in Boise and we decided to swap photo sessions- so I took her photos too! Calder got his shots this day but he did so great anyways! Having your photos taken with a toddler can be so nervewracking but typically they enjoy just being in a new place and having fun! We made sure to arrive early so he could walk around and explore that way he wouldn’t be to interested in doing that while our photos were being taken.

Calder has such a silly personality! When Cole and I saw the photo below on right we DIED laughing! He was trying to eat Coles hair!

Cole’s mom told us to take this Peter Rabbit bunny and we are so glad we did! haha Calder would not hold it but he kept going and sitting on the grass to watch the ducks. Since he wasn’t cooperating we just sat the bunny down and took a picture from behind. This just goes to show that sometimes you gotta let your toddler be in charge! haha
