Working with the Johnston family was an absolute delight! This year has brought me the pleasure of collaborating with numerous families who have adorable 1-year-old kiddos, and the Johnston’s little one was no exception. As a parent to my own 18-month-old boy, I understand the charm and personality these little ones bring into every moment.

Kathryn Albertsons Park was the perfect backdrop for this winter session. The weather turned out perfectly and it was not too chilly! We also go that gorgeous background glow I love to have!

The star of the show, the Johnston’s little girl, was a bundle of joy and energy. One-year-olds are at that magical age where their personalities shine, and every smile is a treasure. Witnessing her infectious laughter and delightful expressions made the session a pure joy. As a photographer, capturing these moments became a challenge, not due to a lack of them, but because each frame seemed to encapsulate her unique charm.
